Minus the mushrooms and onions and definately the tofu...Pure veg ok...BUT....Add Black beauty bell peppers, grated carrots, cabbage, thai dragon chille peppers and if you want lean meats..oh & pink Himalayia salt!.... LAUGH OUT LOUD!

After all the water related disasters Kihei has suffered in the past few months, this one came from the sea rather than the mountain. I hope the photographer tossed the poor stranded creature back into the sea.

I can't seem to eliminate that 1/2 & 1/2 in my coffee. Sometimes I choose soymilk. Otherwise I'm leaning towards dairy free, different grains rather than wheat, lots of fresh veggies, nuts & nut butters (love), legumes, (love beans, garbanzos, lentils), and still eat beef and chicken weekly. Went almost vegetarian except for fish (not Vegan) for one year then slipped right back.

He left because the group that owned the hotel was struggling financially because of poor financial decisons made by the owners affecting cash flow and ability of the group to repay loans; the group (Icon Hospitality) was placed in receivership in late 2010.
